About Jeff Jonas
I have been working in real estate for over 20 years. I’ve seen the ups and downs and have been able to successfully navigate through it all. I take pride in my commitment and expertise in the real estate industry. Currently, we manage several types of communities in several areas. These communities range from single family homes, condos, duplexes and apartment complexes in suburbs and the inner city. We started managing properties in 2008 with 3 properties and are now managing a portfolio of over $2,000,000! We also specialize in managing section 8 properties for our clients and handling all the paperwork involved.
Jonas Properties is a locally owned company in Bexley, Ohio. I’m a broker for Remax Main Street and held to the highest degree in the real estate industry. We are continuing to keep education at the forefront of our business so that we can keep our clients aware of the current trends and laws that may affect their business and or property value. We are not attorneys, but when we hear of topics that relate to our industry, we pass along that information. We also advise our clients on the best times to sell or hold their properties in order to gain the best outcomes based on history and knowledge of the real estate market.
